In accordance with the Covenants and By-laws of the Oak Creek Parkway Property Owners Association, the annual meeting for the purpose of electing directors and officers for the POA will be Saturday October 21, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the POA Club House.

The annual meetings of the Members shall be held on each fourth (4^th) Saturday in May at 1:00 p.m., or at another time, as the Board shall designate. 

c.             The annual meetings shall be held to elect directors and officers, and to transact such other business as may come before the meeting. 

d.             At the annual meetings, the officers and directors shall report to the Members on the activities and financial condition of the POA.

e.             No vote shall be cast for any Lot unless charges, fees, or assessments pertaining to such Lot, authorized in the Subdivision Restrictions, have been fully paid.

In accordance with the covenants, this proxy form is sent to owners two weeks, Sept 27, 2017, prior to the election on Saturday October 21, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the POA Club House.

In the event that the Owner fails to appear at the vote or fails to assign the proxy in favor of a party, then the Board may then exercise such proxy, or may delegate another Owner to exercise such proxy at the election or vote upon an issue. (Covenants chapter 6:16)

Bring the Proxy to the meeting on October 21, 2017 or give to a member of the POA to bring to the meeting or mail the proxy to Oak Creek Parkway POA Box 2224 Branson West, MO 65737.
