The board decided to Vacate the roads, to make them private. A motion was made by Chris Hedenberg and seconded by Chris Dean to Vacate the Roads and make them private. Motion carried. A petition will pass around the neighborhood and posted various places for the neighbors to see. This means that when the acreage behind us is developed that they cannot use our roads to get to that property.
A Lis Pendens has been filed on the Spence Property.
Swimming Pool: Marc said that a pressure test was preformed on it and cracks have been filled. The pressure test showed that the pipes were not leaking under the pool. It was suggested that we research the cost of lining the pool with gunite. Marc will check on the cost.
Cameras have been installed around the trash cans. Sheriff was called but said the images were too grainy to recognize the individuals. The individual was talked to, and the Sheriff said that shook him up. It was suggested that we install game camera around the trash and recycle bins. It was suggested that we put chains and locks on the bins and issue everyone a key, with lost keys costing $50.00 to replace.
A General Meeting will be held after the holidays to discuss the locking of the trash and recycle bins.
A petition was filed with the FCC to keep Suddenlink from price gouging this area on the internet. New cable has been laid on Austin Place to the corner of Rock Ridge to complete the loop that was started last summer.
Republic Trash has requested that a few customers be allowed to use our trash and recycle bins because they didn’t want to tear up the end of new road. Request was denied.
Ozark Water keeps sending bills to Eric Brown and their house was taken by the bank on a reverse mortgage. At this time, we do not know the bank’s name.
