Treasurer Position
The Treasurer position shall be a paid position. $250 per month

Water Shutoff for Nonpayment HOA Dues
For any house connected to the water supply, if the lot owner owes monies to the POA, after 60 days’ arrearage a letter shall be sent to the owner by certified mail, return receipt, that after 90 days’ arrearage the lot’s water supply will be shut off and will not be reconnected until all monies due to the POA are paid. After 90 day’s arrearage, a second letter shall be sent by certified mail, return receipt, that the water supply is being shut off and will not be reconnected until all monies due to the POA are paid. Approved at Meeting April 17, 2014
Fees for Water Shut-off/on
Water Shut-off/on fees will be $175. If a cement boot needs to be installed $475 fee will apply for water shutoff/on. Approved June 9, 2015.
Single Family Residences & No Short Term Leases
Homes are single family residences only. No nightly, weekly, or short-term leases/occupies. Lease agreements must be at least one year or until property sold. Approved June 22, 2019

Monthly Assessment Fees
Monthly HOA Assessment - The monthly assessment amounts for houses and vacant lots shall be determined from time to time by the POA Board of Directors.

$120 homes, lots $20.75 Approved at Meeting July 3, 2018
Listing of New Construction Fees
Builders, Water & Sewer System Fees
4.34 Builder’s – post bond to cover damages, road, etc. POA Board of Directors shall determine the amount of the bond. Current Rate $3,000 (new home construction)
10.05 Water System Connection Fee - All Lots hereafter connected to the water system shall pay a connection fee to the POA. The POA Board of Directors shall determine the amount of each such connection fee. Current Rate $750 (new home construction)
11.10 Sewer System Connection Fee - All Lots hereafter connected to the sewer system shall pay a connection fee to the POA. The POA Board of Directors shall determine the amount of each such connection fee. Current Rate $750 (new home construction).
