This is a
reminder of the election of the POA Board.
The election will be held at the Oak Creek Parkway Club House at 1:00
p.m. June 9, 2018. “No vote shall be cast for any Lot unless charges, fees, or assessments
pertaining to such Lot have been fully paid.” If you have a question related to your lot,
contact Connie Andersen at 417-338-0755.
If you
cannot attend the meeting, an official proxy is provided at the bottom of the page.
If you are interested in serving as a board member or know of a POA member who
is, please contact Connie Anderson before the 14th of May to place
the name on ballot.

the event that the Owner fails to appear at the vote or fails to assign the
proxy in favor of a party, then the Board may then exercise such proxy, or may
delegate another Owner to exercise such proxy at the election or vote upon an
issue. (Covenants chapter 6:16)
Bring
the Proxy to the meeting on June 9, 2018 or give to a member of the POA to
bring to the meeting.
