Subject: Change in POA dues billing
This letter is to inform you that Ozarks Clean Water Company will take over billing for your monthly POA
dues effective September 1, 2016 (dues for month of September). Your electric bill from White River Valley
Electric Coop will no longer include the billing for POA dues after their August 2016 billing cycle (which are
dues for month of August). Please pay the dues to the electric company that are billed by them.
Your monthly POA dues continue to be $110, will be billed to your home the first business day of each month
and will be due 3 weeks later (around the 22nd). Due to the change of billing cycles, OCWC is sending their first
bill out Sept. 8th & will be due Sept. 29th to ease the transition. Checks should be made payable to Ozarks Clean
Water Company. Please return the right side of the enclosed bill with your payment. The remittance address is:

enclosed if would like to enroll (there is no additional fee for this service).
Payments may be made over the phone by credit or debit card and are subject to a $5 convenience fee.
Please note that a $15.00 late fee for all bills not paid by the due date will be applied and is shown on your bill.
Past due accounts are subject to disconnection. Accounts 60 or more days in arrears will have water
disconnected which is handled by the Oak Creek Parkway POA.
