Oak Creek Parkway Property Owners Association Election Meeting June 7, 2025

 

Meeting was called to order by President Phil Carroll 9:00 a.m.

Minutes were approved, and there were no additions to the agenda.

 

Carin Love, President/CEO, Ozark Environmental Services was scheduled to speak regarding potential regulatory impacts to the water/sewer system.  Carin contacted the board prior to the meeting to request a later meeting date. 

 

Ballots were counted by volunteers MaryAnn Wood and Diane Hopkins-Broyles.

Phil Carroll read ballot count results: (current board retained)

President – Phil Carroll

Vice President – Marc Foreman

Secretary – Angie Carroll

Treasurer – Rebecca Moody

 

Diane Hopkins-Broyles made a motion to adjourn, second by Greg Winters.

Meeting adjourned.
