Board Meeting April 9, 2022

Chris Dean called the meeting to order at 9:01am.

Those in attendance were Chris Dean, President, Marc Foreman, Vice President, Chris Hedenberg, Secretary, Rebecca Moody, Treasurer, Al Mitchell, Matt Hedenberg, Mike Brandsma and John

Chris Dean stated he was going to court on May 16 over our law suit, to set a mediation. Petition for road recovery will be started. This will need to be publicly.

There are three (3) new houses being built on Bethany and will be finished by the end of the year.

Vendors need to have a 1099 from the Treasurer for tax purposes. Marc needs to provide Rebecca with receipts.

General Meeting for the POA will be held May 21st at the Club House at 9.00am and the election will be held on June 11th at 9.00 am

Rebecca said that we need to set a budget for the POA. It was discussed and she will work on that because we are in the negative $600.00 in 2021.

Rebecca requested that she receive an increase in pay for the work for the POA. It was turned down, until we could do a budget and Rebecca asked that someone else take the job.

We need to negotiate our contract with Ozark Clean Water and find out what they are charging us a $120.00 an hour in overtime for and why.

Chris Hedenberg volunteered to send emails and notifications to the POA members to help Rebecca out.

We need volunteers for various projects around the neighborhood. Mike Brandsma weeds around the tennis courts and pools but needs help. Matt Hedenberg to do it around the tennis courts. There is a hole in the fence that needs to be fixed near the tennis courts.

The trash situation was discussed again. Contractors are coming in at night and using our dumpsters to get rid of their trash.

It was stated that someone was going around the neighborhood wanting to make this area a HOA instead of a POA.  Chris Dean wants to find out who and why this is being done.

Meeting was adjourned at 10.08 am.

Respectfully submitted

Chris Hedenberg

POA Secretary
