Board Meeting Minutes
June 27th, 2020 4:00 p.m. Club House
Board Attendees: Chris Dean, President, Connie Andersen, Treasurer, Diane Hopkins-Broyles,
Secretary Other Attendees:  Dick Andersen, Ed Broyles

A.  Call to Order
Meeting was called to order at 4:00 pm by Chris Dean
Purpose of meeting is to count the votes for the election of the Oak Creek Board of Directors.

B.  Establish Quorum
31 votes are needed for quorum.
22 votes were turned in by residents.
The board will use 10 votes of those residents who did not turn in votes to establish the quorum.
Quorum established

C.  Counting of Votes
Ed Broyles and Dick Andersen counted votes
18 ballots had votes for incumbent officers
•    Chris Dean President
•    Marc Foreman Vice President
•    Connie Andersen Treasurer
•    Diane Broyles Secretary
1 ballot listed Mike Brandsma as President
1 ballot listed Mike Brandsma as Vice President 2 ballots did not list President
Chris Dean made a motion to accept the ballot count, Connie seconded the motion and all board
members approved.
Board for upcoming year is:
•    Chris Dean President
•    Marc Foreman Vice President
•    Connie Andersen Treasurer
•    Diane Broyles Secretary

D.  Minutes

The minutes for June 1 2019, June 22 2019 and Sept 19, 2019 were approved by votes submitted by
ballot. No changes to minutes were suggested.

E.  Adjournment
At 4:18 Diane Broyles made a motion to adjourn meeting, Chris Dean seconded the motion and
all were in favor.
