Board Meeting May 20, 2020

The board voted to elect officers to the board via e-mail and regular mail due to the Coronavirus restriction on meetings.

The board voted to apply $25,000 to the road debt. This will reduce the interest by $15,422.32 over the life of the loan.

The board voted to purchase replacement letters for the sign at the front of the subdivision and signage at the trash bins and the clubhouse.

The board voted to search for an updated video surveillance for the clubhouse, swimming/tennis courts, and the trash bins.

DNR releases 2019 Annual Water Quality Report

The DNR requires a yearly inspection of all automatic watering system of lawn and gardens. It is the responsibility of the owner to secure a cross connection prevention inspection and file a copy with the secretary to the board.

The Swimming Pool and the Tennis/basketball courts will be open starting on Memorial Day. All Federal, State, and Local regulations must be followed at all times. The table and chairs have been placed six foot apart. Please leave table and chairs in their position. The users of the pool are responsible for their own health care. The current number of users is 25 persons. Bring your own sanitizers for table, restrooms and other equipment. You swim at your own risk. Any violation of current regulations will result in closing of the pool.

Caution: There have several incidents reported where grass left on paved roads have caused accidents with bikes and motorcycles.

Dogs are required to be on a leash on the road and common grounds. If your dog runs away, call and we will post a notice to help you find your pet. Please clean up your dog’s defecation.
