Trash Bin

TRASH BIN RULES:

Trash bins are for the exclusive use of Oak Creek Parkway subdivision owners that are up to date with their monthly association dues.


Trash bins are only for the disposal of household trash contained in plastic bags, cardboard boxes that have been cut up to lay flat and fit into the bins, and small household items that easily fit inside the bins.


Disposal of construction debris, chemicals of any kind, used automotive oil, furniture, old auto parts, or flammable materials are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.


Leaving trash or disposal items of any kind by the side of the bins is not permitted.
After disposing of your trash, please close the lids to prevent critters from entering the bins and making a mess. Also, this keeps the garbage dry if it rains which helps to keep bad odors to a minimum.
